Since we ship directly from our international suppliers, delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • United States: 7–20 business days

  • Canada, UK, Europe: 10–25 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–25 business days

  • Rest of World: 15–30 business days

  • Usual delivery time worldwide: 14 business days

Please note: These are estimates. Actual delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, holidays, or courier delays.


3. Shipping Costs

  • We offer free standard shipping if there is an ongoing offer.

  • For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $6.99 applies (shown at checkout) if there is no ongoing offer.


4. Tracking Orders

  • All orders include tracking (when available).


5. Delays & Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, natural events, courier strikes, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before submitting your order.


6. Lost or Missing Packages
